Mortgage Checklist

The following documents and information are typically required during the loan process:

  • Pay stub(s) for the last 30 day period
  • W-2 forms for the last two years
  • Personal tax returns for the last two years
  • All schedules, 1099's, and K-1's from partnerships/corporations
  • Bank statements for the past two months
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
  • Copy of driver's license

If you currently own Real Estate, you will also need to provide the following:

  • Current mortgage statement 
  • Home insurance policy information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
  • Prior owner's title policy
  • Most recent survey

*Additional documentation may be required.
